Please write in whichever language you prefer; messages in English or Turkish get the fastest reply, but the others are read too.
What to write about
- A wrong result. The most useful message you can send. Tell us the tool, the values you entered and what you expected — that is usually enough to reproduce the problem. Incorrect calculators get fixed before anything else.
- A missing tool. There is a dedicated tool request form, but the contact form works just as well.
- A translation that reads badly. Eleven languages is a lot of surface area, and a native speaker spots awkward phrasing instantly.
- Privacy questions or data requests. Anything covered by the privacy policy — including requests to access or delete a message you previously sent.
- Business, licensing or press. Also fine here.
Response time
6XC is maintained by one person alongside other work, so replies usually take a few days rather than a few hours. Reports of a broken or incorrect tool are looked at first. If your message needs a reply, make sure the e-mail address you enter is correct — it is the only way to reach you back.
The form is protected by a spam check and a rate limit. If a submission is rejected unexpectedly, wait a few minutes and try again.
